Understanding Limits

Form Limits

Form limits refer to the total number of forms you can create and manage in your account. If you reach your limit, you'll need to delete an existing form or upgrade your plan to create more.

Submission Limits

Submission limits are reset monthly. If you reach your monthly limit, new submissions will be blocked until the next month or until you upgrade. Your usage is tracked in the billing settings page.

Theme Limits

Theme limits control how many reusable themes you can create. Themes can be applied to multiple forms, so even with a limit of 1, you can use those themes across all your forms.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Settings → Billing page in your account. When you upgrade:

  • Your new plan takes effect immediately
  • You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • All existing forms and data remain unchanged
  • You immediately gain access to all features in your new plan

Billing & Payment

Payment Methods

You can add and manage payment methods directly in your account settings. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.

Billing Cycles

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans offer a discount equivalent to 2 free months. You can change your billing cycle at any time from the billing settings page.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You can continue using all paid features until the period ends
  • No refunds are provided for unused time - you keep access until the end of your paid period
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime
