Synctivate Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues that could cause system failures, data loss, or other problems.

During the beta period, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service during the beta period.

3. Description of Service

SyncForms is a form builder and data collection service that allows users to create forms that integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to QuickBase. The Service enables you to design, publish, and manage forms, collect submissions, and sync data to connected platforms.

4. User Accounts

To use SyncForms, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

SyncForms offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy as described in your plan details.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Synctivate Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCTIVATE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
